Air Osaka Hostel

Super cozy and chill dorm vibes with a friendly and generous owner! the place feels like a home away from home, complete with comfy bunk beds and private rooms. the hostel is adorned with beautiful greenery and has a cool cafe on the first floor where you can enjoy delicious treats. the location is a dream, just a 2-minute walk to the metro line and surrounded by grocery stores and eateries. Plus, you can borrow a bike for free and explore the breathtaking parks and shrines nearby.

The common room and kitchen area could use some improvement - they were quite small and not the cleanest. the top bunk beds were a bit wobbly, so not the most stable sleeping experience.

I recently stayed at Air Osaka for a week and had a wonderful experience. As an artist, I loved the renovated old style Japanese house hostel with its artistic touches and lovely decor. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly, providing great travel tips. The neighborhood, Kitakagaya, was cute and had everything I needed, including delicious food options. I especially enjoyed the cafe in the main common area with its delicious crèpes and galettes. The owner even had beautiful guitars available for guests to use. a fun, artsy, and warm establishment.

I strongly recommend this hotel.

This place's a real winner - super close to the metro with a quick ride to all the hot spots, and the female dorm's comfy, clean, and the AC does its job. the cool vibe here's unbeatable with artsy decor, chill hangout spots, and a taste of Japan with a kotatsu - cozy vibes all around 😊. If I had to nitpick, just wished there were more Western toilets 'cause the bathroom sharing situation was a bit tight, but didn't really overshadow my rad experience at all.

I had such a lovely stay at Air Osaka. The renovated old style Japanese house gave it a charming and cozy atmosphere. I really appreciated all the artistic touches around the shared spaces, it felt like staying in a gallery. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with valuable traveling tips in Japan. The neighborhood of Kitakagaya may be a bit far from the city center, but it was actually a hidden gem with its cute shops and restaurants. And I can't forget to mention Fox, the adorable cat host, who stole my heart. I would definitely recommend Air Osaka for a unique and enjoyable stay.
